Special: Managing your internal stress

This Special is for you if you worry a lot and want to calm down all that inner noise! We will focus on recognising three of the ten most common thinking traps that cause us to be anxious. It will be interactive in nature, and introduce you to two or three small skills from REBT (an action-oriented Psychotherapy) that you can take away and use immediately. There will be an exercise to illustrate a means of dealing with anxious apprehension, using the ABC of problem thinking. Please bring pen and paper with you.
