Compassionate communication (sometimes called non-violent communication) emphasises empathy for self and others as well as honest self-expression. This interactive and practical workshop will be led by Compassionate Communication Trainer and Talk for Health Graduate, Peter Hall. Peter will share some of the key ideas, tools and exercises to introduce us to these central themes of compassionate and help us unlock the power of giving, receiving and talking from the heart.
