Special: Compassionate Communicatoin

Do you ever feel that hurt, angry or upset by what someone has said to you? Do you ever feel that you haven’t been heard and understood?  If you can answer yes to either question then join us on April 13th to explore how the principles and practice of compassionate communication can help you to resolve and avoid conflict and deal with the difficult relationships in your life!

Compassionate communication (sometimes called non-violent communication) emphasises empathy for self and others as well as honest self-expression. This interactive and practical workshop will be led by Compassionate Communication Trainer and Talk for Health Graduate, Peter Hall. Peter will share some of the key ideas, tools and exercises to introduce us to these central themes of compassionate and help us unlock the power of giving, receiving and talking from the heart.
